I just got rid of my guest bed to turn that room into a home gym. I am not a hardcore gym rat, but I enjoy light exercise. I currently just use my treadmill, but I would like to add something for light strength training that is not a big bulky machine home-gym or free weights. What do you suggest?
I am in my 30s, female, sligtly gone soft athletic build, at a pretty decent weight already. Just need to tone up, increase my flexibility, balance and energy. Thanks for your help!
So just to be clear, all I have in the "gym" so far is my treadmill, a yoga mat and a yoga ball. I would just do more yoga, but I have bad balance and don't get a lot out of yoga.
