What equipment should I buy for a 200 gallon Lake Tanganyika biotope aquarium?

I need to set up a 200 gallon lake Tanganyika biotope aquarium. What type of filter/lights/heater should I buy? Is there any other equipment I will need? The aquarium will have cichlids and plants (vallisneria).
