What episode of the Avengers is this?

I remember an episode of the Avengers, the 1960s TV show, in which a man traveling by train looks out a window, and witnesses a murder in a factory. When he tells the authorities, they go to the factory, and discover it's been abandoned for years. The sign the man saw in front of it is also gone. However, later investigation reveals that to discredit the witness, the sign was moved, and the murder took place in a factory a short distance away, that is NOT abandoned.
