What episode of Forensic Files is this?

I seen this episode a while ago and it was about this couple who killed employees at their work and made up lies about them. For example, I remember that the one guy would let his employee in his house for a drink or something and then he held up a gun to him and shot him and made up a rumor that he raped his wife. Also, they did this to get money from where they worked and at the end of the show, the man's wife is caught but the guy who did the murdering fled to Russia but came back to the U.S a littler later because he always got beat up by the Russians because they thought that he was an American spy. Does anyone remember this episode? Thanks guys
