I'm looking for a job, but I'm not getting luck because I have no work experience. If employers keep turning me down because I don't have the work experience then what else is there to discuss? My mom and brother thinks I should not worry about having work experience and just go ahead anyway and apply for jobs I do not meet requirements for. They say all jobs will already train you how to do the work. If that was true then what is the point in me not getting the job because I don't have the work experience if they are going to end up training me anyway? I apply for all my jobs online. Once I submit my application online I get an email response confirming my application has been sent and that I will hear back from the employer if I am the right choice for the job.
Most of these online jobs do not want to be contacted. They choose to do the contacting. This leaves me no option to talk to the employers as a way of negotiating with them to give me a shot at the job even when I do not have the work experience they look for.
