what effect will Chevy have on Nationwide and Truck series without their support?

Chevy has dropped support for the Truck and Nationwide series. what effect will we see, and how soon? will we see less trucks and race cars? will they pick up Ford, Dodge or Toyota instead?
 
The Chevy teams will be affected by the start of next season but not much this season. Ford and Chrysler aren't supporting Truck or Nationwide either at this point from what I have heard.

There will still be teams running Fords, Dodges and Chevrolets but Toyota will eventually dominate as R&D slows for the domestic brands.
