What ear bud/ear phone should I buy for my iPhone?

The ones that came w/ my iPhone hurt the insides of my ears, after awhile. I would like ones that go in my ear, so they are less noticeable at work... but I won't rule anything out.
Oh, also? I LOVE the pause/skip/play button on the cord. That is worth extra points. :)

Best earbuds on a budget are the Yuin PK-3. Limited distribution outside of China/Hong Kong, but those who've bought them are quite impressed. Senheiser MX-6xxx and MX-7xxx ($25) are also good, though definitely inferior to even Yuin's entry-level $39 PK-3s. If you care a lot about bass or sound isolation, consider inner ear monitors instead of earbuds. Prices for those start at about $75. Sounds like alot, but really, that's just one month's phone bill, and they'll last much longer than cheap earbuds.
