I live in china and bought a copy of dragon ball series on dvd. don't really know much about db but i've enjoyed it so far... but then i get to ep 4 and i'm really confused.
the first eps show the character of goku, a little monkey like guy, collecting a group of accomplices and acquiring skills, then suddenly in ep 4 hes a grown man with a kid called gokier or something... what the hell happened?
am i missing a whole bunch of episodes or what? what version have i got so i can track down whats missing.
obviously the cover is in chinese so i don't know what it says.
i'll describe what i've seen so far:
ep1: looking for the dragon pearl things and fighting a hungry ruby obsessed tyrant.
ep2: goku and krilling go to sleeping beauties castle and find a big jewel and a girl with two looks and personalities.
ep3: going to some kind of fighting tournament where there is a little emperor and an evil advisor plotting a coup.
it doesn't sound like any version i've seen in online episode guides... please help!
