what dose of ativan do you take?

i have the smallest dose possible. .25 and im still scared to even take a half of it.
so i have a pill cutter and i cut the tiny .25 pill in four pieces...taken an hour apart.
i know it makes no sense and probably does nothing for my anxiety but im just too scared to take a half even though my doctors say i should.
what dose do you take?
 
I used to take 1mg in the morning and 3mg at night. This is an addictive type of medication but its nothing to get scared about when your on the lowest possible dose. I can assure you that taking .25mg of ativan will be fine.
