What dog sport should i try with my dog?

Well, i know i can technically try them all at some point and find the best one, but to really get a good idea of them i know you have to keep at it for a little while.

The basics:
My dog is a young miniature poodle (Just over a year old)
Very well trained, knows all basic commands and quite a few extras which i got from trick training books and HTM books (Also a few strange things from watching Zak George XD)
He's in perfect health.
I rollerblade with him, he can swim, he's got one hell of a jump on him (Can easily make the counter in a leap) he's very fast and always has his nose to the ground, loves fetching things, and seems to be able to actually figure some problems out.

I've been reading up on and looking into lots of different dog sports to try with him, but i can't decide which one. We have a pool, access to lakes, lots of country side and a big garden so there aren't to many restrictions.

So what do you think? Frisbee, dock diving, agility, fly ball, HTM, Obedience, field training (We have guns and do occasionally shoot pheasants but only when they're becoming pests) or something else i haven't mentioned?
HTM may be a british phrasing for it, but it's Heel work to music, dancing with your dog, both regular and freestyle :D
