What dog breed is suitable for me?

I'm getting my first puppy in a couple of months, and I have very little idea of what kind of dog I want. Here's what I'm looking for:

- small dog
- loves to cuddle
- furry
- likes to go for walks (I think this includes every dog x3)
Here are some breeds I am considering :
- Westie
- Papillon
- Daschund
