What does your launcher look like?

Its time for a new skin...I have no new screenshots to posts yet. I thought about modifying the Mac OSX skin, but maybe I need something REALLY new. I just am lacking inspiration, especially since I need to make a Zlauncher, Myskin and PalmRevolt (or SkinUI2?) skin each time I swap themes. Even though I'm stuck on that Mac OSX iconset I still look for new icons to add in - though its easier to just add a few random icons to the Sharklinks iconset which is just a hodgepodge...

Sorry for the minor ramble. My daycare person had projectile vomiting so I am home early from work...
 
Most of the screenshots in this thread are from Zlauncher users - a third-party launcher for the palm. Zlauncher - as other launchers - allow you to download or create 'skins' (or themes) to give it a different look as well allowing you to use different background images (most newer palms can used background pictures). ZLauncher is the most customisable launcher I have ever found and allows you have an incredible amount of control over layouts, look and general loveliness - as well as adding other extremely useful housekeeping functions (file manager, etc). However, it can be quite daunting for someone new to palm (but extremely enjoyable for someone who enjoys fiddling about). :)

Here is what I've got right now...not thrilled with the iconset, but it will work for now. The look is a little on the "bubblegum" side for my tastes, but I'm feeling kinda whimsical lately, so why not.
 
This is my current setup on my new (to me) T3:

It's ZLauncher with the ClieStandardOS5-b7 theme, Zoopie background, and OS6 status bar loaded with mySkin. I compiled the iconset using several iconsets, including the MacOS set by sjweise and a few others I don't recall. I even created one icon for the BeltCalc program.

Since upgrading from my T2, I've de-cluttered ZLauncher's interface. I don't use the bottom bar or tool panel anymore, since the T3's status bar covers most of their functions.
 
This is the only DIA so far, which i'm able to bear for longer periods... which means it rocks! :) :)

I keep both the Mac OSX theme ( skinui, zlauncher, dia) and Alienware on my T3. I switch back and forth even though I always return to Alienware. I'm working on my own modded version of the ZL Mako theme BuRnN did, so maybe I'll have 3 soon.
 
There are some real nice launchers out there!

Could you tell me which screen capture software are you guys/gals using?

I used once BugMe but it turned out to be a little buggy...
