What does your boyfriend do after sex?

My boyfriend and I had sex for the first time a few weeks ago. It was my first time as I've just turned 16 and it was his too. Most of my friends lost their virginity's before me as I am the youngest in our school year.

From what they'd all told me I gathered that whilst boys orgasm something happens that makes them really tired so they just roll over and go to sleep. All of them had said their boyfriends never made any effort to cuddle after sex.

But when we had sex after we'd both orgasmed my boyfriend cuddled into me and was very affectionate and loving e.g cuddling kissing etc.

Is it just a fact of some boys like it, some boys don't?

Because I'm not worried about it, it just puzzled me somewhat that all my friends said their boyfriends had just finished like that and made no effort after wards.

I turned 16 over a month ago, I'm not technically too young. I understand lots of people see 16 as too young and I agree that in many cases it is. But we've been together for over 2 years and I love and trust my boyfriend completely. I wouldn't have done it if I didn't think I was ready to.
