What does "yield after cooking" mean?

For example:
1 oz boneless, raw, without skin (yield after cooking)

The above is for chicken breast. What does the "yield after cooking" mean? Do I weight it when it's raw, or after it's cooked? Thanks for answering, guaranteed 10 pts.
