what does verizon do about this......?

It depends on Verizon. Since it has happened 3 times already, If you call them and tell them in a serious manner that you DO NOT want this phone anymore and prefer a new, they might negotiate with you.


I say you definitely deserve to choose another phone, 3 PHONES??!?!?!?! Come on now..
 
ok so i have a blackberry through verizon and im on my 3rd replacement phone because the phone just is psycho all on its own so if i have another problem and i need a new phone do i get a totally different one or the same blackberry??
