I was reading threads in a forum and I noticed the word "thunk" was used a lot. Can someone please explain what it means, I will give some examples in context:

"now i just have to clear another spot for yet another thunk"
"I wish more people would come and thunk with us!"
"Yes. *Thunk*"
"uh-oh, a new thunk thread"

Please tell me what it means, thanks.
At first I thought that thunk was past tense for think, but that doesn't really make the sentences make sense.
