Why is it that when people who are higher in the organization like or get along with a particular employee, they seem to like or get along with that employee's boss? And if these same higher ups in the organization feel that the same employee is mean or not the most friendly, they tend to be less friendly with the employee's boss. Can someone explain to me what is going through the minds of these higher ups when they act like this?
