What does this say? Can't read the cursive.?

I have this photo, Of my brother. from 1990.
I'm adopted, And out of luck when I was younger I met him only once.
On the back of this photo, It has his name, But I cannot read his last name
And neither can my mom, or aunties and uncles..

So, What does the last name say?
I can't read the cursive.
