Impression: There are some degenerative changes in the mid-thoracic spine with some diffuse bulging and some disc dessication and spurring. At T7-T8, left paramedian asymmetric disc bulging is causing some mass effect on the left anterior thecal sac, but is not in contact with the spinal cord. There is mid flattening of the left anterior cord at this level, however.
