Im writing a Business Plan Proforma for my business, I'm starting an online clothing store, where I sell clothes that I've made and also clothes and accessories that I have bought from wholesalers. In the legal structure section, it asks for the description for my legal structure, for this I wrote:
As a sole trader the structure is one where my business has no separate legal existence from me as the owner and I will be responsible for the liabilities of my business.
It also asks me what my legal implications are, and I don't know what to write for that.
