What does this mean. "Playstation has been suspended...."????

I was playing all last night. It was playing perfectly now all it says is to try to sign in latter. But i want to kill people now. This is what the whole thing says, " Use of PLAYSTATION@Network has been suspended. Try to sign in later." What is wrong with my PS3
 
Nothing just means the network is down it will be up in a few hours
