what does this mean ? credit cards drawn on US banks

I need to buy something online and I emailed the site first if they accept credit cards from Egyptian banks (my card is Visa) ..
they replied with this : we accept credit cards drawn on US banks

so do they mean that they accept cards that are got from US banks only OR any card that can work on US bank ??
