I'm not sure if it's a word or just a suffix.
I was searching for the topic "Arcturus" and I found this.
"The name of the star derives from Ancient Greek ????????? (Arktouros) and means "Guardian of the Bear", ultimately from ?????? (arktos), "bear" + ????? (ouros), "watcher, guardian"."
When I went to verify it, "arktos" really is "bear", but "ouros" was "urine." I don't get it? Maybe it has something to do with its antiquity, "...derives from Ancient Greek"?
can anyone clear this up for me? Thanks
