I have seen that in a different car/truck. It meant the the four-wheel-drive is in a part time mode. Meaning it could be shifted to two wheel drive, four wheel drive low or high and a part time four wheel drive, the fronts monitor the rear wheel slippage and when they slip the fronts kick in.
Either that or it is telling you that you will soon need a 'part time' job to afford the repairs needed soon... hehe

Look in the book, maybe thats what it is, part time 4 wheel drive.
