When it says that its a 60 cm size frame, what exactly is 60 cm? I know the thing where you measure your inseam and multiply it by .67 or whatever, thats not what im asking. Is it the top tube that is 60 cm? and by what ratio or 'rules' are there that decide how long all the other tubes and things are? thanks, i hope thats not too confusing..
