What does the following sentence mean?

I am studying English and I watched the Abi and Lisa' s XFactor audition video on Youtube.
While commenting their attitudes one of the judges has expressed the following thought: "I am seriously seriously ruse". What does it mean? I tried to look it up in the dictionary but I cannot get other but "astuzia, inganno, stratagemma"; I got a name, I suppose it comes to an adjective in that case. Can anybody help me? Maybe it doesn't come to "ruse" but to another term whose pronunciation I cannot grasp properly. Can anybody help me understand what the judge really say? Thanks in advance!

I hope that someone can help me to understand the sentence; I would want to say first of all that some native speakers have faced any difficulties to grasp the sentence of the judge. What does he exactly say?
