What does the Bible say about being a man and masculinity?

So i am a christian and i really enjoy korean shows and music and such. and the other day me and my friend were discussing it and he said that he didnt like alot of that because he thought the Bible said somewhere that a man should be manly and he thought the tight clothes and long hair on guys is not Biblical...and i didnt know where it said anything about that in the Bible and what it means..because to me i don't think how u dress or look really has anything to do with loving God and believing in Jesus..but i could be wrong..i was just wondering what u guys thought and knew about this..^.^ i told him i think he may think that because of our culture differences but idk..and also im sure he wasnt meaning to insult anyone by it......thanx!!
