What does Sprint 3G Data Roaming mean?

In my Sprint account it says Sprint 3G Data Roaming and then it say a number/unlimited (ex: 72/unlimited)

What does this mean?
Does it mean I can use unlimited amounts of 3G roaming in Mexico?
