What does P0141 code mean on a 1997 Chevy Cavalier?

I have a 1997 Chevy Cavalier that had a check engine and ABS brakes lights on on the dash, and i got a P0141 code when checking the computer. It explained: Heater Circuit Malfunction on Bank 1 Sensor 2.

What do i need to fix to get this cleared?
