Where the wheel attaches to the hub, if it is centered between the inner and outer rims, you have a zero offset.
If you have a wide "deep dish mag" with L-50's, you have a negative offset.
If the lugs are nearer the outer rim, you have a positive offset.
It may be measured in inches.
