Long story short, I've been "blacking out" after standing up SO many times since about 2009. I think I have gone a month at MOST without blacking out. Probably not even that long. Anyway, it usually happens at LEAST once a week, sometimes daily, it depends. So, I went to the doctor and they said we should do some blood tests (they have come back normal so far), and check my blood pressure while lying down, sitting, and standing up. When I was sitting they said it was at 50, and when I stood up it doubled and I think it was at least 100, I think 112. What does that mean? They said that was NOT normal. So, what IS normal? I'm 19, 20 in August, approximately 114ish pounds.
Basically I'd like to know how bad this is, and what it should normally be for somebody my age/weight/sex. Can somebody please just explain it to me a little better? All they said were numbers, and told me it's not normal, and sent me to get blood drawn.
