What does Lady Capulet mean when she says:?

This is to lord Capulet after Lord Capulet's attack no Juliet for refusing to go ahead with the arranged marriage to Paris that Thursday.

What would the modern equivalent be of what Lady Capulet has said (not too modern though!)
