Here are the facts, I am in 8th grade and ND is my dream college that I am working for, my granddad is an Alumni, I am a minority, and I lived in China for one year (really, no lie, went there because of dad's job). I need to know what ND wants, like do they want volunteer/community service people? Stuff like that. Please help, I need to know what I can start to get into the university.
