Oh my goodness you guys! I went to Sonic just a few minutes ago and spent my last money on two PLAIN chicken strip sandwiches and i have this OCD thing where i seriously cannot take food i dont like off something i do like because the taste is still there and i will throw up.Like my food cant touch or anything! weird i know but i know aloto f people like that! Anways so the girl comes to the car and i cant understand half of what she is saying and she said two chicken strip sandwiches and i said they are supposed to be plain and she said "they is" and so i said ok.Looked inside there was lettuce and mustard on it.So i said im supposed to have it plain and they said ok so they took it back fixed another one and gave it back to me and said sorry. Then i got home looked in the bag and they put ketchup all on it and did it on purpose i think b/c the open packets were in the dang bag! I just said screw it and gave them to my mom!
Has this ever happened to you before?
Its annoying huh?

That's more than bad service, that's just plain rude (if it really was on purpose). Just call and explain what happened to a manager and they will try to reimburse you through a gift card or something

yes it is annoying and completely unacceptable behavior on their part...they are paid to make it how the customer orders it, but some of these jerks just can't be bother to do their jobs correctly...and yes when I was 15 I worked fast food so I know "how hard their job is/isn't"....the thing that makes me laugh the most is it takes 'extra work' to add stuff to the plain sandwich that they are ruining, so if a customer complains then the worker shouldn't be annoyed at the customer, but at themselves because their stupidity is the reason for all their 'extra hard work'
