what does it sound like when the hub is going out of a 2000 chevy cavalier?

a bearing sound is usually a grinding sound. jack the car up and see if you can shake the tire in nd out. if you can then it,s safe to say you have a bad bearing. if you decide to change it, it,s best to buy the hub with the bearing already in it.

at 10 mph and on it goes wonh wonh wonh etc. its not the axle because it not clicking or knocking i was told its the front drivers side wheel bearing( hub assembly) could this be true??
