immediately after you notice? It's happened twice.
I'm a male, early 20's.
Late at night, around 2 am or so, I randomly have noticed twice, this car with lights on, outside my window. As soon as I notice it, it takes off pretty quickly.
I'm really concerned. I don't have any reason to be paranoid, though I do have some debt out, but not to any loan sharks or anything.
If anyone has any idea as to what this car may be for, I'd be glad to any sort of hint.
