I received a picture message and when i clicked yes on opening it froze and i tried pressing end but then it turned white. My cellphone carrier is Verizon and my type of phone is an Envy2
I really want to fix this because i had gotten this phone almost 2 weeks ago now.
This is really frustrating because it turned white and now i cannot access anything on my cellphone.
