During an intense workout, certain places will be cool even though my body is warm and sweating. Someone once told me it was because this is the area where fat is being burned, is this true?
(I am not dehydrated, this happens everytime, and not just to me.)
I'm not looking for advice on how to workout or diet. I am asking, when I work out, why is my skin cool in certain places when my body as a whole is warm?
It's not numb or tingly, just go for a run and then feel your stomach, it's just cold.
