what does it mean when he always brags about beating you at a sport?

theres this guy i like and we had a race and he beat me by like 5 seconds and he never lets me forget it, and he keeps asking me where im going skiing and how we never go skiing at the same hills, so what does all that mean?
 
He wants to go skiing with you. And the teasing over winning, well he is likely trying to rile you up. When I first started dating my husband, he would tease me non-stop about everything until I kissed him just to shut him up...which was apparently his plan all along LOL
