What does it mean when a Police officer writes down my information but doesnt have me sign anything?

Ok so the other night I had about 3 beers in me. I am under the age of 21 and decided to urinate behind a building. I was well hidden but a police officer saw me. He asked if I had anything to drink and I was honest with him. He asked for my id and all that stuff and wrote it on a note pad. He never had me sign anything, No ticket or anything, but said it was disorderly conduct and that he will be in contact with me. I am extremely worried as I am a college student. I just want to know what this could mean and if the cop is just toying with me. Thanks
