My friend had to go to court yesterday for getting in trouble for a traffic ticket. and the judge found him guilty and give him the following sentence..
and i quote " The penalty for this is 30 days in the county jail, i am going to suspend that sentince for 18 Months"
Does that mean that he has to go to jail in 18 months? or does it mean that if he doesn't get into any touble for the next 18 months hes good to go?
