does it imply that the effect of that is absolute?i have mercury in sagittarius but i also have sun in scorpio conjunct mars and pluto,mars,midheaven and pluto in scorpio.can it help to lessen the detriment of sagittarius to my mercury,and its being careless and disorganized in thoughts?
