my sisters hair is normal but near her eye brows, just one hair piece is really thick and it is blonde and her hair is black. it feels as sharp as a needle because i felt her eyebrows. just one of the eyebrows only. what does it mean? she plugged it out and then 2 weeks later, it grew back the same exact place and the same thickness and sharpness..
