What does it mean if a women scratches your palm with her finger during a handshake?

I was at kind of a seedy strip club and I a stripper came up and introduced herself and scratched my palm with her finger during the handshake. I figured it was some kind of underground prositution thing.
Does it really man she wants to have sex? I'd been out of the USA for a while. Also how legitimate is it that she wanted sex if I was at a strip club? Plus I think she had a guy with here.
