what does God say about intelligence?

What does the bible say about intelligence? I'm asking because throughout my whole life people have always thought of me to be slow and it depresses me for a long time, and I don't see whats so slow about me...it hurts me to the point that I cry. I didn't ask to be slow; neither did I ask to born into this fast pace world.....
 
The Bible says that it's far more important to be wise than it is to be intelligent.
The Bible says that a 'Fool' is one who is evil and a wise man is one who is good. Adolf Hitler was intelligent, but he was a Fool.

Proverbs 10:21
21 The lips of the righteous nourish many,
but fools die for lack of judgment.

Proverbs 10:23
23 A fool finds pleasure in evil conduct,
but a man of understanding delights in wisdom.

The Bible says the truly wise man seeks Jesus:

"For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God. For it is written:
"I will destroy the wisdom of the wise;
the intelligence of the intelligent I will frustrate."
