I mean it's oil so wouldn't that put more oil in your skin? Isn't oil the substance most of us are trying to get rid of? Can someone esplain how it would decrease oil?

Its not an oil that you put on your skin, its a capsule you take as a supplement. It contain Omega-3 fatty aciRAB, which help create prostaglandins. Prostaglandins regulate functions in your cells and organs, so they control androgen hormones which will stop excess sebum production in the hair follicles.

But even for some people, using an oil on their skin (commonly Jojoba Oil) actually helps oil production as well. Your skin will produce excess oil if it feels that it is dry. So by putting oil on it, it tricks the glanRAB into thnking that it is properly moisturized, therefore it doesnt produce as much oil. Hope this helps!
