what does "fed acad. complet grant 1st year" mean on my financial aid letter?

one of the schools i applied to is giving me a grant called "Fed Acad Complet Grant 1st yr", which is worth 750 dollars. It also says in a footnote that for this grant, "confirmation contingent upon meeting academic requirements"..

What does this mean? Do I get the grant money or not?
