I'm seeing it around lately. One that I remember was a red and white strip, green and white strip, and just a solid purple. It's obviously not for repairing your bag which was all I could find while searching. Let me know

I'm not looking for a type of backpack... Didn't really know how you got the assumption I was looking for brands of bags. Anyway, to rephrase, kids are randomly putting this stripped and colored tape on their bags. It probably does mean that they think they're cool. Could it mean some sort of click? Emotion?
