I have a Samsung Elevate T356 phone. Whenever my phone loses service, then gets service back it goes into this weird mode and tells me that "data roaming" is on. Then whenever I try to make a call, it will say "emergency calls only". Sometimes it just does this randomly wherever I am. The only way I know how to fix it is to turn off my phone then turn it back on again.
What does data roaming on my cell phone mean?
