What does Cred. att mean on this college application?

I am currently filling out my transfer college application so that i can go there next fall and in one column it says "Cred att" and the other it says "Cred earned". I'm assuming that cred is "Credits" but i dont know what "att" is short for. could it be "attempted"?
and is QPA different from GPA?
